Centrus supports a range of organisations in the supported living, retirement and domiciliary care sectors. For example, in 2021 we arranged £1bn sustainability-linked funding for Anchor Hanover, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of retirement and residential care homes. We’re proud to have had such a pivotal role in helping tens of thousands of people in later life receive dignified specialist care.

A single investor was chosen which provided tranches of ¥4 billion with an average maturity of just under 10 years thereby achieving a blend of medium term finance and at an attractive overall cost.”
